2021 HKUST Workshop on Industrial Organization

The Center for Economic Policy was delighted to host 2021 HKUST Workshop on Industrial Organization. We were lucky that ten distinguished IO scholars from the University of Hong Kong, Chinese University of Hong Kong and HKUST attended and presented their research on Industrial Organization at this year’s workshop. They include Prof. Yuk-fai Fong, Prof. Hongsong Zhang, Prof. Travis Ng, Prof. Matthew Shi, Prof. Chiu Yu Ko, Prof. Jaimie Lien, Prof. Sunny Huang, Prof. Kohei Kawaguchi, Prof. Pak Hung Au and Prof. Xinyu Hua.

To start the workshop, Prof. Siu Fai Leung, Associate Director of Center for Economic Policy, made remarks on the programs of the center. After opening, the ten speakers shared their recent research papers in turn and discussed with faculty from different universities and PhD students to explore more about their topics.
